INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and Art. 13 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016, we want to provide you with clear and simple information on how we will process your personal data.

WHICH PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED

Personal data means any information relating to the user that allows us to identify them, such as name, contact details, booking reference number, payment details and information about their access to our website.


The data collected are divided into the following categories:


Data provided by the user:

  • When making a booking request you must provide the following information: your first and last name, your contact details (email address and telephone number), information on the vehicle subject to the service and details of your trip (departure and arrival date, departure and destination airport).

  • For online bookings additional data for invoicing will be requested. For natural persons: first name, last name, address and tax code. For companies: company name, VAT/tax code and address.

  • For registration in the reserved area, if you are a natural person we will request your email address, first and last name, phone number, address, tax code or VAT number and information about the vehicles subject to the service. If you are a company or agency we will request corporate data such as company name, website, contact details, tax code or VAT number; we will also request the name, surname and contact details of a contact person.


Data collected from third parties:

  • When accessing our site and making a booking request, data will be collected that is provided to us by third-party services, such as:


Google Analytics (Google Inc.):

  • Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”).
    Google uses the Personal Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, compile reports and share them with other services developed by Google.
    Google may use Personal Data to contextualize and personalize ads on its advertising network.

  • The data collected by Google Analytics allows us to collect the following information:
    a) information relating to your device’s browser and operating system;
    b) the IP address of the device you are using;
    c) the web pages of ours that you are visiting;
    d) the links you click while using our services;
    e) information about the user accessing our site (such as demographic data, interests, geographic data).


Google Adwords (Google Inc.):

  • This site uses the persistent Google Adwords cookie provided by Google Inc. (“Google”): it is a service that enables Google and affiliated sites to display advertising messages tailored to the user’s needs thanks to a tracking and profiling system for advertising purposes that also uses the keywords entered by the user during the search. The maximum retention period of the data collected with Google Adwords is 12 months.


PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

The data voluntarily provided will be processed for the following purposes:
- Parking reservation and possible sending of information you requested;
- administrative activities strictly connected and instrumental to the management of customer relations;
- accounting activities (issuing invoices, preparing payments);
- supply of goods and services and protection of the credit positions deriving from them;
- information activity for formalizing requests for information on our service and for preparing estimates or offers;
- subscription to mailing lists, information – commercial and statistical activity, until your objection.

METHODS OF PROCESSING

Your personal data are processed both on paper and electronically and/or automatically. Elysium Srl has adequate policies and has implemented technical and organizational measures to safeguard and protect personal data from unlawful or unauthorized access, loss or accidental destruction, damage, unlawful or unauthorized use and disclosure. We will also take all reasonable precautions to ensure that our staff and employees who have access to your personal data have received appropriate training. In any case, please note that any data transmission over the Internet is not completely secure and must be carried out at your own risk. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, Elysium Srl cannot guarantee the security of personal data transmitted through this website.


RETENTION PERIOD

In accordance with Art. 5(1)(e) of EU Reg. 2016/679, the personal data collected will be kept in a form that allows the identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were processed. If we process the Data for more than one purpose, they will be deleted or saved in a format that does not allow any direct conclusions about your identity as soon as the last specific purpose has been fulfilled.


TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY

Personal data will not be transferred abroad, neither within nor outside the European Union.

  • You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if:
    a) you believe your personal data are not accurate;

    c) we no longer need your personal data we collected but you request the data to assert or exercise a right or defend yourself in legal proceedings;
    d) you have objected to the processing of your personal data and are waiting to know whether your interests in support of such objection prevail over the reasons that legitimize the processing of your data.

    d) you object to the processing of your personal data for Elysium Srl’s legitimate interests (such as improving the entire user experience on the websites);

    f) your personal data must be deleted in compliance with legal provisions.
